Brain Agility Explains why your brain forgets and becomes slower with age Gives you the tools to do something about it Clearly describes:
The exercises, based on current research, are an integrated program of mental exercise and much more than a collection of puzzles. The exercises are designed to give your brain 20 to 30 minutes of balanced mental exercise per day to help forestall and slow normal age-related cognitive decline. The program incorporates progressive levels of difficulty to maintain a productive challenge as your cognitive functioning improves.
It should be noted that Brain Agility is designed to help with normal age-related cognitive decline. Although it may be of benefit in some cases involving a medical condition, it is not intended as a substitute for medical advice and treatment.
